Changed Your Mind?
No problem! You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery or collection, provided they are in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. We will refund the cost of the goods, excluding any delivery charges. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will may apply.
To initiate a return, simply contact our team at [email protected] or 01753 685 354, and we’ll guide you through the necessary steps. Return delivery costs will be your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Received a Faulty or Damaged Item?
We apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange collection at no cost to you. You can choose between a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable unless faulty. These include:

- Chemicals and paints
- Bulk bags or poly bags of aggregates and sand
- Clay Drainage
- Precast concrete drainage items
